Executive Team

Howard Ro, CEO

Howard joined InPsy in June 2025. From 2015 to 2025, he served as Executive Vice President at Egis Technology, overseeing the company’s sensor business, scaling revenues from under $5 million to more than $220 million. He currently serves as Chairman of ENE Technology Inc., and is on the Board of Directors of Precise Biometrics, a biometrics and cybersecurity provider.

David Hsu, COO

David joined InPsy in October 2025 with more than 25 years of semiconductor industry experience. Previously, he served as Acting General Manager of ARM Taiwan, where he guided the company’s regional business, strengthened its partner ecosystem, led the technical team, and oversaw international sales and marketing activities.

W.R. Shuei, Vice President, R&D

WR joined InPsy in 2019 and serves as a co-leader of the company’s R&D organization. He previously held the role of R&D Director at a prominent global IC design house, specializing in high-speed interface IP design across DDR, LPDDR, and die-to-die technologies. Before that, he served in a similar leadership capacity at Faraday Technology.

Grace Leu, Vice President, Sales

Grace joined InPsy in October 2024. Prior to joining the company, she served as Director of Special Projects at Egis Technology, working directly with the Chairman on strategic initiatives. Earlier, she held the role of Business Development Director at Foxconn Group. She contributes over two decades of sales and business development experience across the technology sector.

Kyle Weng, Country Manager, USA

Kyle joined InPsy in October 2025. Before joining the company, he served as Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing at OpenEdges, and previously as Vice President of North American FAE at Faraday. With more than 30 years of semiconductor industry experience, he brings deep technical and commercial expertise to the organization.

"InPsy" highlights a phonetic association with the word, "insight." It commits us to staying ahead of social, business and technology trends with the ability to foresee the future as we aspire to become a technology-leading IP supplier.

Then why InPsy ?

The name Psy traces its roots to “Psyche,” the 16th asteroid discovered in 1852 and known as 16 Psyche. This remarkable celestial body is composed primarily of iron, nickel, and rare metals and has an estimated commercial value of nearly $10,000 quadrillion. It was also the target of one of NASA’s asteroid exploration missions approved in 2019, the exact same year InPsy began its journey.

We adopted and reimagined the essence of Psyche because it symbolizes extraordinary potential and enduring value. Just as the asteroid represents a treasure of immense worth, InPsy aspires to create equally substantial value for our customers through relentless innovation and unwavering dedication to customer success.
